Assessments, LLC where his consulting work integrates emotional intelligence theory into executive coaching and leadership development initiatives. He has also designed and delivered a diversity awareness program, Blue Eyes, Brown Eye: Emotional Intelligence, Power & Inclusion, which looks at the attitude and skills needed to be an inclusive leader. This program is currently being delivered to the front offices managers of several Major Team Baseball clubs including the Atlanta Braves, Houston Astros, Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees. His other clients include executives and managers from the New York Daily News, Mediamark Research & Intelligence, Sovereign Bank, Arrow Electronics, Diversified Search Odgers & Behndtson, Lipo Chemicals, Storeroom Solutions, Inc., Cricket Communications and Catholic Charities of New York.
