OmniGov Training Institute will collect personal information from our users from time to time. Examples of personal information that OmniGov Training Institute will collect include: name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, agency/company, and title of our users. This information is collected when users register for seminars sponsored by OmniGov Training Institute, when users subscribe to our E-mail ListServ, and/or through optional surveys to our subscriber list. Users who register for training seminars are automatically added to our E-mail ListServ.
Any financial information that is provided during the registration process is used solely for those purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by State and Federal laws and regulations.
We do not give the information that we automatically gather about you to third parties unless we are legally required to do so. From time to time, we may be approached by third parties with an interest in identifying subscribers to the OmniGov Training Institute email listserv who would be interested in products to help further the career and development of federal employees. We may provide the OmniGov Training Institute email list to such third parties if we believe you would be interested in hearing from them.
