Overview:The EEOC Executive Leadership Conference is designed to meet the professional development needs of senior leaders in the EEO field. The ELC was developed by the EEOC to help ensure EEO leaders have the skills necessary to meet the challenges of their profession. The training offered at the ELC addresses leadership competencies, personal growth, and other topics vital to the success of current and future federal executives.
The conference audience will include senior EEO officials from federal, state and local governments, EEO executives from the private sector, and those who seek to move into senior positions. Conference registration is limited to the GS-14 and above population, and equivalents .

Submission Guidelines
All proposals submitted for the EEOC Executive Leadership Conference should be designed to fit into a 90-minute or 3-hour time slot and must include the following:
- Speaker(s) Name
- Speaker(s) Title
- Speaker(s) Company
- Title of Presentation
- 100 word description of presentation
- 3 - 5 learning objectives of your presentation
- Speaker(s) bio(s)
Presenter Responsibilities
If selected to present a workshop at the EEOC Executive Leadership Conference, presenters are required to return their signed speaker agreement by January 27, 2012. The speaker agreement will outline specific directions and deadlines applicable to program materials, including PowerPoint presentations and handout materials. All presenters will be required to sign a Speakers Agreement. which will include granting a nonexclusive license to the copyright of written materials and may include permission to record (audio and/or video) the session.
Presenter Expenses
Speakers are allowed to attend the conference at no-cost. Some presenter expenses will be covered by the conference organizers. This will be limited to airfare, ground transportation/mileage, lodging and some meals. Presenters are responsible for all expenses that are not outlined in their presenter contract.
