This unique training opportunity will provide an overview of the complex set of laws and rules that govern federal employment, with particular attention focused on the tools to identify and manage a problem employee, while highlighting your obligations to your agency and to the employee. The seminar will provide a concise explanation of all applicable laws, rules and regulations by applying concrete and practical methods for working with even the most challenging employees. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with an attorney from the law firm of Shaw, Bransford & Roth.
